Can i find a way to upload a full_completed excelsheet that includes bills to put it in sales option instead of upload it step by step

I can share some information with importing excel files in QuickBooks, @yaabdelmenam-se.

 

You’ll have to import your data to QuickBooks Online in a specific order to import it correctly. You’ll have to import your data in this order:

  1. Customer
  2. Supplier
  3. Products and services
  4. Invoices
  5. Bills

The mandatory fields for your Bill are the following:

  • Supplier Name
  • Bill date
  • Due date
  • Bill Number
  • Account
  • Amount

You can go the Gear icon, then click on Import Data. Choose Bills and click on the Preview what’s required to know more about the mandatory fields that must contain in your file.
