You can utilize your Audit log and see the email you've sent to your customer. It shows your account activity for keeping track of your business. I'd be delighted to show you how.

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Select the Audit Log and click Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to customize your search.
