Can I get help on Recurring invoices that did not get created today, 8th March 2023?

About hundred of recurring invoices couldn't be generated and it first time happening. I had to create manually every invoice which is difficult with many invoices and time consuming. I will appreciate your help.

I know how time-consuming manually add the invoices, mutesi.

 

I'm here to shed some light on why the recurring transactions aren't automatically created as scheduled.

 

We have a reported issue where the scheduled recurring invoices don't work in QuickBooks. Our engineers are currently working to fix this issue.

 

In the meantime, we'll want to manually add the invoices that aren't recurring. Let's ensure to use the template to avoid any issues in the transactions.

 

Also, we'll want to contact our support since you're affected by the issue. One of our agents will gather your contact information securely, then add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be able to receive updates and fixes about the reported issue. 

 

Here's how to contact our support: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. On the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, type something like "recurring invoices aren't working" or similar.
  5. Proceed with Continue, then choose how you want to reach us.
