Can i have quantity and rate on a PO without inventory turned on

Yes. You can still create a purchase order without turning on the inventory feature.

Here's how to add one:

1. Click the + New button.
2. Under Vendors, select Purchase order.
3. Under Item details, select the PRODUCT/SERVICE, QTY, RATE, and AMOUNT.
4. Click Save and close.
