    In QuickBooks, this feature allows you to track transactions and financial information separately for each sub-customer while still associating them with the main parent customer.

     

    If you're utilizing QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can locate the list of customers and sub-customers by navigating to the Customers tab. Please see the steps below:

     

    1. Go to the Sales menu.
    2. Select the Customers tab.
    3. Locate the Parent customer, they are indented or listed below for easy identification.
