Can i print inventory report with inventory pictures?

Currently, the option to add pictures on the products of your inventory list is unavailable. Although, you can make changes and add pictures individually using a spreadsheet. I'll show you how to export your inventory report.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Enter in the search box, Product/Service List.
3. Click on the Export button in the report page.
4. Choose Export to Excel. (I added a screenshot for additional reference.)
   
   
   
   

You can find the exported file in the Downloads folder. Open it using Excel program and then add a column for the picture of your product.

Another way to add pictures of your product on your inventory report do that is to check the integrated third-party applications in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Apps menu.
2. Enter any related keyword in the search box.
3. There will be some suggested results then you can check the application's specifications for more details.
