Can I receive credit card payments as deposit of an invoice, so only part of the invoice?

I would like to send our clients their invoice with the automatic option to pay online via credit card and the stryder app. However I don't want to receive the full amount but only a part of the invoice as a deposit. Is that possible with the online payment option? Thank you

It's nice to see you here in the Community, @info-algarvewate. As an insight, The feature to receive online payments for the QBO International is unavailable at the moment. 

 

As a workaround, you can look for a third-party app that works well with QuickBooks. You can also look via Google search engine.
