It's great to have you here in the Community, annamaria333.

Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to manage inventory purchased while selling individual units.

QBO has everything you need to manage your inventory. You can track your stock levels and receive notifications when it's time to restock. To get started, you must enable the Inventory Tracking feature by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Choose the Sales tab.
  3. Click Edit in the Products and services section.
  4. Enable the Show Product/Service column on the sales forms option.
  5. Turn on both Track quantity and price/rate and Track inventory quantity on hand.
  6. Select Save, then Done.

Once done, you can enter your inventory item, ensuring that the quantity on hand reflects the total single units from the pack. Please note that this feature is available in QBO Plus and Advanced versions. To do this, here's how:

  1. In the upper right corner, go to Settings, then select Products & services.
  2. Click on New and choose Inventory.
  3. Fill in the necessary details.
  4. Enter your product’s Initial quantity on hand. Then enter when you started tracking that quantity in the As of date field.
  5. Add a Reorder point to get alerts when it's time to reorder.
  6. Click Save and close.
