Can I speak with a customer service rep on the phone as I've done previously?

Allow me to direct you to the best place for this concern.

I suggest you to directly contact our Customer Care support, in that way, they can give you a call.

Just heads not all region have phone support, but no need to worry, as long as you request, they'll find a way for you.

In your first contact, I recommend you to inform them about your concern, so by the time they give you a call, they already know how to resolve it.

That should do it. In the mean time take care and have a lovely weekend.

Hi, I signed up for the $10 a month promotion but was charged $70 a month.  Not sure why or how to resolve this.  Please call me back
