Welcome to the Community. Let me share some information about contacting support in QuickBooks Online.

 

Yes, you can speak with our QuickBooks Support Team using the chat feature from the Help menu. Our Customer Support Team is available from 9:30 AM - 6 PM IST (Monday - Friday).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat.

Additionally, can I ask for the specific issues you're experiencing in QBO? I want to make sure I've got you covered.
