Can I update an invoice template with a custom field not on the custom field settings of the sales form. For example, in place of ''discount'' can I have ''deduction

You can edit the custom field by going through the custom field settings of the invoice template, Femi2. Let's work together to share this idea with our product developers.

 

I see how convenient it is to replace the field without going through the setting. However, this is currently unavailable. That said, I recommend sending this request to our innovators so that they may consider implementing it based on users' suggestions. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Share your recommendation with the product, then click Next.

In the meantime, please click the Gear icon at the top-right corner of the invoice to manage custom fields. From there, you can tap the pencil icon to modify it according to your needs.
