Question

Can I've been trying to follow up QuickBooks refund for the past 30 days, it is approved but haven't received the funds to date. Can anyone help me ? case 15117862263

I've been following up this refund since May 18th 2024 with the same tune from all customer care representatives, I give it 7-10 days. it's been over 30 days now. I've been given multiple case numbers since then for the same issue quickbooks refund issue case numbers:

xxxxxxxxxxx 
xxxxxxxxxxx 
xxxxxxxxxxx 
can anyone help me on a way forward ? talking to the customer care representatives has been futile
