You can view the email messages sent to your customers by going to your settings in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Karen. There is also another way to access them in your account. I'd be happy to provide you with the details below.

Before we proceed, could you please clarify what specific issue you're referring to regarding the invoice sent to your customer? Providing more details would help us verify the situation and offer you the best solution for your concern.

If you are referring to the email message your customer viewed, you can modify the wording and format to suit your preferences.

    Here's how:

    1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
    2. \Click the Sales section.
    3. On the Messages field, click the pencil icon to edit it.
    4. Under the Email message field, check the wording and edit if necessary.
    5. Once done, click Save. Then, Done.

There's also another workaround to view it on your end. You can go to the Custom form style feature and edit the template you're using with that invoice.

    Here's how:

    1. Go to the Gear icon and click Custom form style.
    2. Locate the format you're using associated with that invoice.
    3. Click the Edit button.
    4. In the Email tab, you can see the message sent to your customer under the Message to Customer section.
    5. Once done, click Done.

Additionally, refer to this article for a detailed guide to customizing your form styles and how to set up the customer messages in QBO.

Furthermore, you can set up recurring transactions in your account to save time when sending payments to your customers. This feature will automatically send reminders if they have outstanding payments due to your business.

It's a pleasure interacting with you today, Karen. If you have further concerns about managing your invoices. Don't hesitate to reply in this thread. I'm one call away in assisting you.
