Welcome to QuickBooks Community, abdulmuhaiminkha!

I'd like to ensure we're on the same page. This way, I'll be able to share an answer to your concern in no time.

First, I'd like to clarify if you're trying to duplicate recurring transactions in QuickBooks. If yes, we can go to the Recurring Transactions page. Then, duplicate the recurring one. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Find the template you want to duplicate.
  3. Click Edit under the Action column.
  4. Select Duplicate.

On the other hand, if there's a manual entry similar to the recurring transaction you created, it could be that we have recorded it accidentally. This can cause a duplicate on your end. You can follow the steps below to remove the duplicate if necessary.

  1. Find and open the invoice you want to delete.
  2. Click More at the bottom.
  3. Choose either Delete, then click Yes to confirm.

Here are some articles that guide you through handling your sales transactions and customer data.

If you're referring to something else, please don't hesitate to comment below. I'd love to help you with modifying recurring templates in QuickBooks Online. Take care and stay safe.
