Can my customer make payments with PDF Invoice instead? My Customer couldn’t make payments with the PDF

You'll need a QuickBooks Payments account to take electronic customer payments for online invoices and in-person sales if you want to offer an option for your customers to pay their invoices online.

 

However, since this is only available in the US and Canada, you can consider looking for a third-party application that functions the same as it.

 

There are two ways to look at an app. First, you can check out this website: QuickBooks Apps Store. Or execute the steps within your QBO account:

 

  1. Log in to QBO Company as an admin.
  2. Navigate your cursor to the Apps menu located from the left navigation pane.
  3. Then, select Find Apps. You will be routed to the Apps window, where you can see an application that supports QBO integration.
  4. Start looking for similar apps or if you have something in mind, locate this by typing the application's name on the search bar.

 

Then, follow the on-screen instructions to connect this app to your QBO. For further guidelines with the integration, you may reach out to third-party app support.
