Great to have you here in the Community, @vinod-amc2007-gm. I’ll share some information about removing your estimate’s accepted date in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of now, the option to remove the Accepted Date in QBO is currently unavailable. I recommend removing them from a .docx template before importing it into QuickBooks Online. You can personalize your estimate in this way to represent your brand's identity. For your convenience, I've included a screenshot below.

Rest assured that our product developers are always open to suggestions to improve our products and are able to meet our customers’ business needs.

Thus, I recommend that you send your feedback directly to our product engineers. They will be able to consider this option and assist you with your business demands in this manner.

Here’s how you can submit feedback in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, click on Feedback.
  3. Share your feedback. Then, click Next.

Furthermore, you can check out this article for a step-by-step guide on how to import your new custom template: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
