Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I see that you want to import customer invoices from the Excel sheet to QB and add SKU with the invoices. I'm happy to share my insights and guidelines to help you achieve this.

You can manually import your existing lists of suppliers, customers, products and services, and chart of accounts. Also, your opening balance, invoices, and bills from another software into QuickBooks using Excel CSV files. Here's how to import your data into QuickBooks Online:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Import data.
  3. Select the data you wish to import.

For more details, refer to this article: Import data from other software into QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, to add SKU with the invoices, you can modify and update the form settings in the Standard template. Doing so will enable your imported invoice to show the SKU field.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click Edit on the Standard form template.
  3. On the Design section, click Change up the template.
  4. Choose the Airy new template.
  5. On the Content section, click on the middle portion of the template and enable the SKU checkbox.
  6. Click Done to save.

You can check your imported invoice form and preview its preferences.
