Question

Can someone help with a problem in resubscribing...the process does not get completed. And there is an amount of Rs 36000/ that is flashed. What is that for?

The amount may be the plan cost, Vijaysandesh. We'll have to take a better look at this, though.

 

I suggest reaching out to our customer care support so an agent can check your account and verify the amount. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Enter "I still need a human" in the Type something field. 
  5. Click Contact Support Team again.
  6. Select Chat

Once done, you can let the agent reactivate your account. Or, you can resubscribe on your end.
