I'm delighted to have you in the Community, Carl. Let's ensure you can successfully add a logo to your company setup.

First, could you let me know if you've encountered any errors while trying to upload your company logo? Any extra details would be really helpful.

In the meantime, let's perform a browser troubleshooting to determine if this is a browser-related error. Unexpected behaviors like this are caused by accumulated cache.

We can start by opening your account using a private browser. To save you time, please use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once you're logged in, attempt to upload your company logo. However, ensure that your logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth) square-shaped since rectangles don’t work using the standard RGB colour space.

If it works fine, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If you still can't upload a company logo, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the necessary tools and expertise to investigate your case further.

Moreover, you might want to check out this article to learn how to change your company information: Change your company name, contact info, or Business ID No in QuickBooks Online.

Keep in touch if you have further concerns about uploading a company logo or have any QuickBooks-related concerns. We'll be glad to assist you. Happy Weekend.
