Can't add a new account or amend existing account. Anyone get this problem?

Now, here are the possible reasons why you're unable to connect your bank account:

  • Your bank may not be a participating institution.

 

With that in mind, verify the above reasons and contact your bank for support if needed. If everything looks good on their end, use a different browser to reconnect your account.
