A few reasons why the QuickBooks Online account is not opening is caused by having too much cache on the browser. Also, it could be that we forgot the User ID or password.  

 

We can start performing some basic troubleshooting so you can sign in to your account. Log in to QuickBooks using a private window. If it works, you need to clear your browser’s cache. Also, you can use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

 

If you forgot the User ID, you need to recover it. Here's how:

 

  1. On the Sign In page, tap the link for I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your phone number or email address in the field box and click Continue.
  3. Choose how you want to reset your login information: Get a code emailed to or Recover my account a different way.
  4. Hit the Continue button.
