Can we fix the sale items rates customer wise in QB ?

I have 4 customers . Every sale items has different rates for each customer . Every time we have to enter the rates manually while recording the sales . Hence can we set up the fix rates for each customer in a way that if we select any specific customer , the rates fixed for that client should automatically reflect after selecting an item ?

There isn't a way to customize sale item rates per customer in QuickBooks Online for India. You may want to consider using a third-party application that can help manage your price rules. You can go to the Apps Center to look for a compatible app that suits your business needs. To do this, click the Apps menu and manage the search function.

 

Furthermore, product enhancements are rolled out by batch and will automatically be downloaded to your account. By that time, you may follow these steps to turn on Price Rules:

  1. Click the cogwheel icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Sales tab.
  3. In the Products and services section, select Edit ✏️.
  4. Mark the Turn on price rules Beta checkbox.

  5. Hit Save and then Done.
