I'll help you show your bank details in an estimate using QuickBooks Online.

It is indeed possible to include your bank details as a message within an estimate. Additionally, you have the option to design a personalized template that can serve as the default format, ensuring that your bank details are displayed each time you generate an estimate.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New style dropdownthen select Estimate.
  3. Enter the desired name for the template.
  4. Go to the Content tab.
  5. Click the pencil icon for the bottom box.
  6. Enter the details in the Message to Customer box.
  7. Hit Done.
  8. From the Custom form styles page, click the Edit dropdown arrow for the template and choose Make default.
