As a business owner, it's essential to add a phone number for your business. However, the invoice feature of QBO can only cater to one phone number in the header.

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Gear icon.
  3. Under Profile, select Feedback.
  4. Enter your suggestions.
  5. Then hit Submit.

 

As a workaround, you can utilize custom field for your invoice forms: Add custom fields to sales forms and purchase orders in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.

 

When your customer submits a payment, it's important to record it in QBO to ensure alignment with your invoice records.
