Can you add more categories of exps. in the Bus. Overview - Expense diagram. It gives total exps. and then the next 3 ranked by amount and then 'other' for the rest.

I'm here to share information about the Expenses section on the Business Overview page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the Expenses section on the Business Overview page only displays three categories and one for others (total combined). You can click the "other" in the diagram to open a Transaction Report as a workaround. This will display the other categories you have.

I can see how having the ability to change or customise the Business Overview page will be helpful for you and your business. I highly suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO.

Here's how to submit feedback:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear (Settings) icon at the top right.
2. Click Feedback under Profile.
3. Type your suggestion in the box and tap Next.
