I'd be pleased to help you through some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with sending invoices in QuickBooks Online. Before we proceed with the solution, did you encounter any errors when sending invoices? 

 

In the meantime, let's open your QuickBooks Online through an incognito/private browser. Your browsing history can be one of the possible reasons why you are having problems sending invoices.

 

To open it, press these shortcut keys: 

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N 

 

Once it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to optimize its performance. It will also help delete the information stored in the cache. If you are experiencing difficulty with private browsing, it may be helpful to use different browsers. This will ensure the most secure and optimal experience when using QuickBooks.
