Can you connect a sales channel between QuickBooks and Paymode X, or a custom CRM system to better track payments and invoices?

Currently, connecting sales channels such as Paymode X or a custom CRM system isn't available in QuickBooks Online Global, Ekoehler22. I'll further discuss this matter.

QuickBooks Payments isn't supported in the Global region. Therefore, I recommend using the Apps section in the left navigation bar of your QBO to search for suitable third-party integrations. I'll be more than happy to guide you through the process.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click on the Apps tab on the left navigation bar, and select Find apps.
3. Use the Magnifying glass icon to search for the app you want to connect or click on the Browse categories dropdown to explore apps by category.
