Question

Can you help me? Module 1 is not playing it is stuck. I signed out and signed back in and it resumes at the same stuck part. It does not go back or forward. How do I fix?

Concerns such as getting stuck while using the application are commonly caused by too much cache on your computer. That said, we can perform basic troubleshooting to get rid of it and enable you to use the app trouble-free.

 

To start, you can open the application on a private browser, and here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use to open them:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

Log in with your credentials using this setup, go back to your module, and answer them. Once you successfully get into them without error, I suggest deleting your browser cache to refresh the system. If the same thing happens, you can use other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
