Let's review and see why only the receipt shows when trying to reprint the invoice. Then, ensure you'll be able to reprint the invoice.

In what particular area you tried to reprint the invoice? If you reprint it on the Receive Payment page, the system will only generate the receipt form. 

 

Let's make sure to reprint the invoice on the Invoice page. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Click the clock icon in the upper-left corner.
  4. Open the invoice.
  5. Click Print or Preview. If it's not showing in the recent lists, you can scroll down and click View more to find it.

If you get the same result, I'd suggest opening your browser's private window. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.
