Let me help check why the currency icon isn't showing on your QuickBooks account, virenbohra-yahoo.

 

If you've already enabled the Multicurrency feature, you can clear the browser's cache and cookies. This helps retrieve the missing icon and also delete histories that can possibly cause issues while using QuickBooks.

 

Follow the steps to clear cache for your browser.

 

 

To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser. Then, check again the currency icon on your account.

 

On the other hand, you can turn on the Multicurrency feature if you haven't used it. Let me guide you through the steps.

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️, then Company Settings.
  2. Select the Advanced menu.
  3. Click Edit ✎ in the Currency section.
  4. Switch it on.
  5. Mark the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Click Save, then Done.

 

Once done, refresh your browser for changes to take effect. On your QuickBooks account, click  Settings ⚙️. Under Lists, you'll see Currencies.
