If you're referring to our Customer Care/Support team, you can reach them through chat. This can be done within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the description field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start a chat.
