Feel free to follow these steps:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Enter "I still need a human" in the Type something field.
5. Select Contact Support Team again.
6. Click Start a chat.
