Did you receive an error message when going to the Customers page or what happens when you access it? A browser-related issue might have caused the unusual response.

 

We can verify that by logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser and then go to the Sales menu and then Customers. If you're able to see your list of customers, you can refresh your browser by switching back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also try using other supported browsers to get rid of these kinds of issues. 

 

You can also your customer contact list by pulling up a report. Just go to the Reports menu and search for Customer Contact List. You can use this reference for more details in customising your reports.
