The option to delete the products & services isn't possible. You can only use the Batch actions feature to deactivate or make them inactive. It made that way to ensure your financial and inventory report will remain accurate.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click on Products and Services.
3. Mark the items you'd like to deactivate.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down.
5. Select Make inactive.
6. Click Yes.

Additionally, you can locate the products or services and select the Run report to see the list of transactions associated with it. Then, you can open them one at a time to delete each transaction.
