Utilize a free invoicing app to integrate with your QBO.

Let me provide some alternate solutions about your price rules concern, abhishek-adaindi.

Since the feature is in beta testing for QuickBooks Online (QBO) US, you can use a third-party application as mentioned by @Fiat Lux - ASIA. This lets you create price rules with conditions based on customer, item, sales rep, and class. I’m here to help run a search for you to speed up the process.

Here's how:

  1. In your company, head to the Apps menu on the left panel to see more options.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab and enter a keyword in the Search field. For example, price rules for items.
I've included a screenshot for visual reference:

This will display a list of apps that works with the online program. You can also read customers' reviews for a better comparison.

Please know that our goal is to ensure QBO remains user-friendly and caters to the needs of each business. Your suggestions on how we can improve and make it better can help us achieve it. That said, I encourage you to let our Product Development Team know you'd like the option to add the price rules feature to the online system.

Here’s how:

  1. In your company, navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
  2. Performing this action will display a window that lets you input your thoughts and ideas about the product.
  3. Make sure to enter your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  4. Click Next to submit.

You can browse this article for additional resources: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online. It outlines the complete steps on how to check what’s on hand and what’s on order as you work. From there, you’ll learn about restocking your items and adding products, to name a few.

Also, our Community self-help articles contain resources to help you manage your taxes, account information, customer or supplier transactions, and other bank-related processes. They’re arranged according to topics so you’ll be able to view each easily.

Those resources should get you on the right path, abhishek-adaindi.
