Does anyone else have problems when chatting with customer service and they frequently say they are unable to screen share?

I’ve looked into this and didn’t find any issues when performing a screen-sharing session with our customers. Let me point you in the right direction on how to successfully get this feature to work.


Our chat specialists can help resolve any concerns you may have about QBO. They'll also be able to perform in-depth troubleshooting via the screen share option.


Please know they’re unable to glance at your account if you’re using a Mac or iOs device. Make sure to utilize a different one.


When running a screen-sharing session, make sure to provide them the code. Doing so ensures they can get to view your company.


Here’s how to get the code:

 

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right to choose Smart Look.
  2. This will open a window that contains specific numbers.
