Does anyone know why I suddenly cannot send any invoices from my QB account?

My invoices continue to get bounced and I get an error message on my dashboard that the email was not sent.

I’ve got an update for you, Greg.


At this moment, there’s an ongoing investigation about sending invoices. I recommend contacting our support team to get your company listed as part of the affected ones. Rest assured you’ll receive a notification once the resolution is rolled out.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the Assistant window, type in “Unable to send invoices.” 
  4. Go to the Contact option.
  5. Start a chat with a support expert.

 

When everything is good, you can use this reference to receive and record invoice payments in the program: Record invoice payments. It includes steps to edit, see the remaining balance for the customer, and group multiple payments.
