Does anyone know why invoice emails are not bring received by the customer ?

Some are receiving and some are not receiving emails? we have checked all the email addresses are correct

Hi. I'll assist you in determining the reasons behind why specific customers are not receiving emails and help find a solution.

 

The emails may have been redirected to the Spam or junk folder of your customers' email accounts. Kindly request them to check these folders. Occasionally, email filters can misidentify legitimate invoices as Spam. 

 

If none, their email domains may block @intuit.com communications on their servers. Please advise them to follow these steps:

 

  1. Please encourage them to send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com. This action will prompt the email domain to recognise the @intuit domain as a trusted site. Afterward, they can try requesting again.
  2. Advise them to wait at least 5 minutes after requesting a verification code to see if the email appears in their inbox.
  3. If the email does not appear within 10 minutes, let them contact their email provider to review the security settings for their email profile.
