Have you explored this payment processor to integrate with your QBO account?

I'll make sure you're able to receive customer payments through a link with QuickBooks Online (QBO), @vilasbkale.

In QBO, you'll have to utilize the Receive Payment option to manually record the payments you receive from customers. However, you can generate a payment link by integrating third-party services to let them pay online.

Currently, QuickBooks now lets you receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay. You just need to connect your existing Razorpay account or sign up for a new one and connect it to your QuickBooks company file.

To set up your Razorpay account, here's how:

  1. Select the + New icon.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. In a new Invoice, you will see the option to make online payments. Click Setup now.
  4. A decision box will appear asking whether you want to leave without saving. Click Yes.
  5. You will be directed to a Razorpay QuickBooks integration page. Under Connect your Razorpay Account, click one to create a new Razorpay account. If you already have an account with Razorpay, skip to the section named Connect Razorpay to QuickBooks.
  6. You will be redirected to the Razorpay website. Enter your email ID to sign up.
  7. Follow the instructions and click Create Account. Enter all the required details as shown below and click Finish.
  8. You will be prompted to verify your email address. You will receive a verification confirmation message once you’ve successfully verified your email.

I've attached screenshots below that show the third to fifth steps.

For the step-by-step guide on how to log in and activate Razorpay account and connect it to QuickBooks, you can refer to this article: Payment enabled invoices—Razorpay. It also includes steps about sending a payment-enabled invoice using QuickBooks & Razorpay.
