Does quickbooks automatically send invoice without the consent of the accountant operating it. Because i am having the same issue here.

Let me share some insights about automatic editing and sending your invoices made by System Administration.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) tags transactions as created by the "System Administration" if these transactions are:

•  recurring
•  added through bank rules
•  automatically applied for credits
•  added from a third-party app

Let's check your recurring window if there's a template created. If there's, that's the reason why it keeps sending invoice. You can stop that by deleting it. 

Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Recurring Transactions.
2. Locate an invoice template, then click Pause or Delete in the Action drop-down. 
3. Tap Yes to confirm.
