Does snap receipt still exist in the online app?

Yes, this functionality is currently available on select regions like United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia. Please see these links for more information about the receipts capture feature:

If you have a different version, I recommend  to use a third-party app. This way you can still capture even if your account doesn't support this feature.
