Hi there, delvastore. I am here to help you out on how to delete your products and services. 

Unfortunately, the option to delete products & services is not currently available. However, we can still make them inactive so they are no longer included in any transactions or reports. This means you won't be able to use the product & service going forward.

It's important to note that if you delete products & services from the database entirely, all associated cost and sales income data will also be deleted. Additionally, the sales tax calculation for any transactions involving the deleted products & services will either be recalculated or overstated, depending on the transaction details. 
 

To make inactive the products and services, here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Product and Services.
2. Select the Products & Services under Action beside the Edit drop-down, and choose to make inactive.
3. Click Yes to continue.

However, If you still want to delete products & services from your system, consider using a third-party app. There are several options available that can help you manage your products and services more efficiently, including tools that can help you bulk-delete items from your database.
