Format of Receipts from Payments Received

Hi everyone, 

 

Is there a way to change the format of the receipt we generate after inputting the amoutn received in the "receive payment" button found in the invoice?

 

I've changed the format in custom forms and styles, however it does not get applied in the receipts. 

 

May I know if it can be changed anywhere else?

You're unable to change the format of the Receive payment form. You can only customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. 

 

Let's use a third-party application to assist you with the process. I'm here to help run a search for you by going to the QuickBooks Apps Center. From there, you'll find one that works well with the online program. To speed up the process, enter a keyword in the search field, just like the exporter and importer tools for transactions.
