Question

Has anyone else had all there information deleted? the only thing left is my customer list. all the invoices and estimates have vanished!

I used my account last week to write an invoice, everything was fine. Tried to get on my account to turn a quote into an invoice and everything is gone (years of invoices and estimates) except my list of customers. Tried customer support yesterday without results.

    I know how significant it is to secure your QuickBooks Online data. We don't want this to happen to you, either. Rest assured, I'm here to help you get the best help.

     

    If you have multiple users managing your QBO account, I recommend checking your audit log to ensure no one has accidentally deleted your data. Go to the Gear icon on the top-right corner of the screen and select Audit Log. This page displays the recent changes to your QBO account and who applied these changes.

     

    If there are none, it's best to contact our live support again. They have the right tools to investigate the root cause and could restore your data to your account.

     

    You can also consider manually uploading your transactions into QuickBooks Online. Using this option will result in duplicate transactions if you have connected your online bank to your QuickBooks account.
