Question

Have changed bank details on my invoice sent to customers, however the email that goes to customers now shows both bank details on it.???? I cant seem to change it

Bank details show up under ''Transfer the amount to the business account below'' with old details showing up and correct details showing up further down in email message. I am unable to find where you can change or remove the ''Transfer the amount to the business account below'' details

I can help you fix that, M K1.

 

The payment information can be found on your invoice template. From there, you'll want to make sure that bank information is updated. This way, your customers will receive accurate payment information. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom forms styles.
  3. Locate the invoice you're using, then click Edit.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your EFT details.
  5. Update your bank information in the Your payment details section.
  6. Click Done to save the changes.
