Hello, can I register another company in one account as group? I'm currently having 3 companies that would like to use QB for financial records. Appreciate for your reply

Let me share some information and help you add another company to one account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can have multiple companies under the same QBO account. However, each company file should have its own paid subscription, but you can access them with the same sign-in info.

 

To put this company under your existing Intuit account, log into your current company when creating a new account. Simply click on the Add another company button when creating another account. From there, you'll only be asked for an Email address and Password (you should be using the same email address).

One QBO account is for one company file. Should you need to manage branches or divisions, you can use the Location feature available in QBO Plus. Another option, switch to QB Desktop US version to manage multi company files with a single license.
