Welcome to the Community, @info-aldoha-inte. I’m glad to show you how to add a signature to your invoices.


In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use the Attachments section to insert a signature image or to indicate what documents need signage.


Here’s how you do it:

 

  1. Open to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the + New icon, then select Invoice.
  3. Fill in the information, then add the signature image under Attachments.


You can also utilize a third-party app to add the signature directly to your sales forms. Check out your Apps menu to find one. It has several tools that help streamlines processes and create more efficient workflows.
