Hello, how do i edit the message on email body when sending a payment receipt? Is there a template for payment receipt (receive payment option)

We can manually edit the message of the email body of the payment receipt, finance224.

 

In QuickBooks Online, you can customize the email templates for sales receipts, invoices, and statements. However, QuickBooks Online doesn't provide a template option for payment confirmations.

 

When processing a Receive Payment transaction and after completing the customer details, clicking the Save and Send button will prompt a Send Email page. From there, you can manually edit the email body of the receipt. After making the necessary updates to the email content, click the Save and close button to confirm the changes.

Moreover, you can email or print receipts in batches, rather than handling them individually, and easily send them to your customers if you want.
