Hello i been over 2 weeks trying to get contact with someone for support, not success, maybe i have lucky here. i need to print invoices and statement with the logo

i need to create invoices and statement with the logo on it, however i create it but when i print i dont get the logo on it 
also i cant add the logo to statement

For your logo to appear correctly when printing:

 

  • Double-check that the logo you uploaded is in the correct format (.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg).
  • Verify the size and resolution of the logo (smaller than 10MB, 24 bits or less in bit depth).
  • Try re-uploading the logo and saving the changes.

 

If everything looks good, review the settings of the current invoice style you're using. Make sure the logo is not hidden. 

 

 

Additionally, when creating the invoice, ensure that the template with the logo is selected under the Customise button.

 

 

As for the logo on statements, it will automatically appear once you've added it in the invoice or company settings.

If your preferences are correctly set and the logo still won't display, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. A cache-related issue is likely causing the problem. First, use a private or incognito window to rule this out. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Next, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and see if the logo is displayed when you reprint your invoices and statements. If it works, clear your browser's cache to remove the webpage data causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, use other supported browsers.
