In my invoice forms there are only letter size, and some color. What the printer do is scale a letter-format in a 58mm themal paper, so it gets really small. I only have a thermal printer (black and white), so i need to modify the size to 58mm and the color to be only black and white, because the printer let colors unprinted. Is there any mail to send some pictures to better-show my problem? can you help me?

I can provide some details and solutions with pictures to assist you with your QuickBooks Online sales receipts template, @geovaldes2.

In QuickBooks Online, you can change the sales receipt's color font. However, we're unable to set the paper size to thermal paper.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form style
  2. Locate the template and click the Edit hyperlink.
  3. Choose Design and hit Try other colours
  4. Pick Black and press Save

For more information, see this link: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Printing receipts in thermal paper size is a valuable addition to QuickBooks, especially for customers using this kind of printer. I suggest sending feedback to our product engineers. They can evaluate this and possibly incorporate it into the next release. Let me guide you on how:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Click Feedback under Profile.
  3. Type your suggestion in the box and tap Next

QuickBooks has a website where you can vote and give feedback for all future suggestions. For more details, visit this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.
